The Wine
The classic Barolo cuvée from Vietti blends fruit from top vineyards across the region, including Ravera (Novello), Bricco Boschis (Castiglione Falletto) and slopes in La Morra. Fermented in steel with long maceration, then matured for two years in large Slavonian oak botti.
The 2021 vintage in Barolo delivered purity, lifted aromatics and beautifully refined tannins. Vietti’s interpretation is poised and expressive—red cherry, rose, licorice, mineral grip and long, vibrant structure.
