A beautifully balanced vintage Champagne from Taittinger, combining equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from Grand and Premier Cru sites. The 2016 harvest produced wines of freshness, ripe fruit and fine-grained structure.
The wine is vinified entirely in stainless steel, with extended ageing in bottle for depth and finesse. It shows lifted citrus, wild strawberry, white blossom and toasted brioche, finishing long and refined.
