Rita Hills Pinot comes from organically farmed vineyards, including sections of Sanford & Benedict and Rita’s Crown. Whole-cluster fermentation and neutral oak ageing preserve freshness and detail. Aromas of wild strawberry, rose petal, and forest floor lead into a vibrant palate of red cherry, pomegranate and spice framed by fine tannins and saline minerality.
