The Wine
A single-vineyard masterpiece from the legendary Quintarelli estate, crafted using both fresh and partially appassimento grapes—50% pressed immediately, 50% dried for two months—following the Ripasso method. The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation on Amarone lees and is then aged for seven years in large Slavonian oak barrels, imparting remarkable depth, structure, and time-honed nuance.

This Rosso is dense, layered, and utterly regal. Rich dried fruit, tobacco, forest floor, and spice weave through refined tannins. It’s full-bodied yet perfectly balanced—deeply complex and effortlessly controlled. Very cool wine.
