This the second release of the Nebbiolo comes from this certified bio dynamic producer. 400+ Meters in altitude keep acidity high and alive whilst keeping riping to a slowly period.
Cellared Says
The 2009 Giaconda Nebbiolo from Beechworth exhibits vibrant red cherry fruit flavors, supple fine, powdery Nebb tannins and a slightly darker fruited core. This wine has great longevity, largely from the fine interwoven acidity and is known for its complex secondary characters.
With time this wine has built out nicely and is in a great drinking window now.
