Region: Hautes-Côtes de Beaune
Variety: Pinot Noir
Country: France

The Wine
Founded in 2013 by Katie and Martin Meredith, Domaine Dandelion is a rising name in Burgundy’s natural wine movement. Perched at 400 metres on clay-limestone soils, their organically farmed vineyard in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune is hand-tended with great care. This “Nature” cuvée is a no-additions, whole-cluster Pinot Noir fermented without sulphur or filtration — a pure and unadulterated expression of site and season.
Cellared Says
Earthy raspberry, herbal lift and chalky minerally textured, long, utterly delicious. A Burgundian natural Pinot with authenticity, class and style. We have purchased, cellared, and shown this wine at numerous events over the years and it is always a star showing. Sure it doesn’t have the super star appellation name, but this is an icon in the making. Such precision, pure fruit, depth and complexity. Excellent vintage, better than the ‘22.
Wine Reviews
“Fresh raspberry earthiness, subtle spice, very pure and textural.”
92 Points – Decanter
