The Wine
Clos Mireille is Ott’s historic coastal estate, overlooking the Mediterranean just outside Hyères. The old-vine parcels grow in schist and sand, which produce a rosé of piercing salinity, citrus precision and pale, shimmering colour.
The 2023 vintage continues Ott’s refinement: white peach, wild strawberry, tangerine zest, sea spray and mineral length. Fermented cold in stainless steel then matured briefly on fine lees for texture.
