The Wine
A cult grower rosé made entirely from Pinot Meunier, sourced from 25–40-year-old vines across Chavot and the Vallée de la Marne. Three vinification techniques are blended: direct press, maceration, and still red Meunier, creating aromatic depth and vibrant colour.
Low dosage and partial oak élevage enhance texture and savoury complexity. Expect wild strawberry, blood orange, rose petal and crushed stone with beautiful precision.
